Art Therapy With Cvetanka Burzevska
Description of the Workshop: Music and art, especially painting, have a close relationship. The environment in which music and art take place together influences our creative process. In this workshop we tried to listen to different music genres while painting. Music affects your subconscious, resulting in a different painting. In other words, different types of music affect the painting process. For example, it has a powerful effect on labeling and color selection.
Goal of the workshop: Achieving awareness of naming and understanding our emotions, how to recognize the emotional state in a situation and how to self-regulate, reduce the frequency of unpleasant emotions, reduce our emotional suffering and be aware of our feelings and emotions in the moment and to have a more realistic assessment of our own abilities. We learned how to enjoy music and how to relax.
